Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas exploration company with appraisal and exploration assets offshore the Falkland Islands, announces that William Hodson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 122,807 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 6.7p per Ordinary Share on 16 June 2025.

 

Mr Hodson now has an interest in the Company of 1 million shares or 0.11% of the total issued shares.
