Publication of 2025 Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, and the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 17 July 2025, have been sent to shareholders. The 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting are available on the Big Yellow Group PLC website at https://corporate.bigyellow.co.uk/investors/annual-report-2025 and https://corporate.bigyellow.co.uk/investors/shareholder-centre respectively.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
