Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 13 June 2025 that on the 5 June 2025 Rebecca Shelley, Chair of the Company, purchased 2,639 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 132.96 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction") on 5 June 2025. The Transaction was funded through the reinvestment of the 2024 final and special dividend proceeds that Mrs Shelley received in respect of her shareholding in the Company.  Additionally, in the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts, due to an administrative error Rebecca Shelley's shareholding was incorrectly disclosed as 29,628. Following the Transaction and the Correction, Mrs Shelley confirms that she holds 33,657 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.013 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
