The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Paul as a non-executive Director of the Company, effective 1 July 2025.

 

Ms Paul was formerly an Associate Partner at Deloitte LLP and has over 30 years' experience working in the finance industry in the Channel Islands. She graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury, achieving a BA (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Accounting and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA). She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Partners Group Private Equity Limited which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

 

Prior to becoming a Non-Executive Director, Nicola worked for Deloitte LLP in the UK and Channel Islands and led teams in the provision of audit and controls engagements to both listed and private investment funds and asset management entities. She also specialised in advising on accounting, corporate governance and risk management matters.

Neither Nicola nor any connected party to Nicola has any beneficial interest in shares of the Company at the date of this announcement.
