Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Liontrust announces that on 18 June 2025 it was notified that Rebecca Shelley, Senior Independent Director, had become aware of the purchase of a total of 538 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") through the reinvestment of dividend proceeds that Mrs Shelley received in respect of her shareholding in the Company.
Details of each purchase are set out below in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
Accordingly, Mrs Shelley confirms that she holds 2,082 Shares in the Company.
