IAG 2024 FINAL DIVIDEND

As announced on 28 February 2025, the Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) submitted for approval at its 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting the distribution in cash of a final dividend of €0.06 per share.

The Board is pleased to announce the approval of the final dividend which will be paid as follows:

Applicable withholding tax (19%)

€0.0114

Net total dividend

€0.0486

Timetable (applicable to both the Spanish and UK markets)
