Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announces that, on 18 June 2025, Ian Buddery, Chairman, purchased on-market 358,150 Cordel ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.9655 pence per Ordinary Share, as detailed below:
