Grant of Share Options

 

Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring platform for operational leaders, announces that on 18 June 2025 it granted 833,333 options to subscribe for ordinary shares at an exercise price of 15 pence per share to Kris Shaw, Chief Financial Officer under the Group's existing EMI Options Scheme.

 

Mr Shaw (a PDMR) can exercise the options, which have a 36 month vesting period, if the Group:

i.              is EBITDA breakeven or positive at the date of exercise; and

ii.             has been EBITDA breakeven or positive on average over the six months prior to the date of exercise.

 

The options shall expire on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
