Change of Auditor

 

MOH Nippon Plc (LSE: MOH), a crowdfunding services provider for real estate investment in Japan, announces the appointment of MacIntyre Hudson LLP ("MHA") as the Company's new auditor, succeeding RPG Crouch Chapman LLP, with immediate effect.

 

MHA will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2025 and a proposal to reappoint them as auditors of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
