In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), the Company announces that Wu Gang, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Coats Group plc ("Coats"), a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 July 2025. Wu Gang will also be a member of Coats' Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
