Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, has been notified that Nitil Patel (Group Chief Financial Officer) has acquired a total of 8,881 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 185.08 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Patel has a shareholding of 54,541 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's total voting rights.
