26 June 2025 - SDI Group plc (AIM: SDI), the buy and build group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, announces the following update in relation to directors' disclosure for Ken Ford, Chairman of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
CMO Group Limited, a company of which Ken Ford was a director, until his resignation on 27 March 2025, was placed into administration on 6 June 2025.
