3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2025 AGM

 

 

3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM dated 14 May 2025 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 26 June 2025.  These included resolutions 16 to 21, inclusive, which constituted special business. 

 

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.2R a copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
