Result of AGM
Inspired (AIM: INSE), the UK's leading energy and sustainability advisor, today held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of Gateley Legal, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU.
As announced on 26 June 2025, Resolution 2 was withdrawn.
The results of the votes received in relation to the resolutions will be made available on the Company's website at www.inspiredplc.co.uk/reports-and-presentations.
Shareholder Engagement
The Inspired Board notes that over 20% of shareholders voted against Resolutions 3, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14 and 15, with the majority of these votes coming from Regent Gas Holdings (who hold 29.36% of the Group's issued share capital), which has recently made an unsolicited offer to acquire Inspired that has been unanimously rejected by the Board. The Board takes the views expressed by shareholders seriously and will proactively seek to engage with those who voted against these resolutions to understand their views, in accordance with the QCA Corporate Governance Code.
