TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 R, as at 30 June 2025 Pennon Group plc's issued share capital consists of 471,977,902 ordinary shares of 61.05p each, with 5,628 shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pennon Group plc is 471,972,274 shares.

The figure above (471,972,274) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennon Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
