Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces it has been notified of the following dealings by a person discharging managerial responsibilities.

 

Steve Blair, CEO of the Company, purchased 15,631 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each at a price of 190 pence.  Following this purchase, Steve is interested in a total of 104,114 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
