Results of AGM

 

 

 

Following the Annual General Meeting held today, 3 July 2025 (the "AGM"), all resolutions were passed by shareholders. Results of the poll vote for each resolution are set out below.

 

As announced on 14 May 2025, Sunil Dhall has stood down as a director of Peel Hunt following the conclusion of the AGM. Also as announced on 14 May 2025, Michael Lee has been elected to the Board as Chief Operating Officer and Billy Neve has been elected to the Board as Group Finance Director with immediate effect. A further announcement containing information required under AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) will follow shortly.
