Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian renewable energy developer, advises that the Notice convening the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders today along with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2025. The AGM Notice and Annual Report and Financial Statements are available on the Company's website at https://www.coroenergyplc.com.

The AGM is to be held on 29 July 2025 at 10 a.m. at Fieldfisher's LLP's offices, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, United Kingdom.
