Board and Management Changes

Walker Crips Group PLC is pleased to announce a number of changes to the composition of its Board of Directors (the "Board") and executive leadership team as part of a strategic reorganisation to support the Company's growth and operational resilience.

As previously announced, Jo Welman was appointed as Non-Executive Chair on 31 March 2025, and Linus Lim and Mark Nelligan joined the Board as Non-Executive Directors on 6 February and 25 April 2025 respectively.

Following a comprehensive review of the Company's senior leadership structure, the Company will implement a joint leadership model with the appointment of two Joint Chief Executive Officers. Both appointments will be Executive Directors of the Company and members of the Board.

Christian Dougal, currently Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, will be appointed Joint CEO, responsible for the Company's administrative functions, including Finance, HR, Risk & Compliance, and IT Support. Christian joined the Company in July 2024, and his leadership has been instrumental in addressing the Company's regulatory priorities.

Sean Lam, who currently serves as CEO, will assume the title of Joint CEO and will continue to oversee the Company's commercial operations. He will retain his role as CEO of Walker Crips Investment Management ("WCIM").

Walker Crips confirms that there are no details that require disclosure under UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R in respect of Christian Dougal.

Jo Welman, Chair of Walker Crips, commented:

"These changes mark a critical step in building a leadership platform that reflects the scale and ambition of our strategy. Christian brings operational discipline and regulatory depth, while Sean's commercial instincts and leadership continuity will be invaluable as we pursue our growth objectives. I would also like to thank the entire leadership team for their commitment to positioning the Company for long-term success."
