Celebrus Technologies plc (AIM: CLBS, the "Group", "Celebrus"), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces today that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, have now been made available on the company's website at https://investors.celebrus.com/.
The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 9am BST on Wednesday 20 August 2025 at the Company's registered office. This will comprise formal business only. The directors plan to broadcast a Q&A session later in the day at 2pm BST via the Investor Meet Company platform.
