First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe, announces that it has today been informed that the Group's CEO, Ben Habib, has purchased 600,000 ordinary shares at a price of 13.33 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Ben Habib now holds 24,818,595 ordinary shares, being approximately 16.79% of the Group's total voting rights.

 

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as modified by or under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 or other domestic law, provide further detail.
