TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

 

Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 21 July 2025 it transferred 1,297 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 371 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,571,450 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,488,840 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
