Holdings in Company

 

Electric Guitar PLC (LSE: ELEG) was informed on 18 July 2025 that John Storey holds 312,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 14.16 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company, as a result of his participation in the placing announced by the Company on 18 June 2025.

 

In addition, the Company was informed on 18 July 2025 that Afzal Valli and Umar Valli both hold less than 3 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company, as a result of the dilution from the new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing announced by the Company on 18 June 2025.
