Oxford - 22 July 2025: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that it was today notified that Sharon Emms, a PCA of Jonathan Emms (Chief Executive Officer), purchased 488 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 14 July 2025 at a price of 69.3912 pence per Ordinary Share, through an automatic dividend re-investment process by Mrs Emms's trading account.

 

Following this purchase, Jonathan Emms's total reportable shareholding in the Company is 3,263,888 Ordinary Shares (including those held by PCAs). This equates to 0.78% of the voting rights of the Company.
