Director/PDMR Dealing

 

Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of intelligent automation and customer engagement software, was advised on 24 July 2025 of a transfer of 420,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by Michael Jackson, Non Executive Director, from his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") to his personal holding.  The transfer was effected by an on market sale and purchase, both at a price of 119 pence per Ordinary Share, on 22 July 2025. 

 

Following this, Mr Jackson's total beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is unchanged at 1,091,450 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
