This is in continuation to our letter of even no. ND/GAIL/SECTT/2025 dated 23.01.2025. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 28.07.2025, inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30.06.2025 along with along with Limited Review Report.
