Board appointments
Further to the Company's announcement of 22 April 2025 that Brian Porrit would join the board of directors ("Board") as independent non-executive ("NED") and chair of the audit and risk committee ("ARC Chair") with effect from 1 August 2025, Ebiquity today announces that, due to personal circumstances, Brian will not be able to join the Board as previously envisaged. The Company expects to announce the appointment of a new NED shortly.
To ensure a smooth transition, Richard Nichols, current NED and ARC Chair, has agreed to remain in role until 30 September 2025, by which time it is anticipated his successor will be in place.
