Oakley Capital Investments Limited
Confirmation of Admission to New Listing Category
Further to the announcement on 30 July 2025, Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 ("OCI" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that as of 8:00am this morning, the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") have been admitted to trade on the London Stock Exchange's ("LSE") main market for listed securities as an Official List company. The Shares are now listed in the Closed-Ended Investment Funds category of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
Subject to confirmation from FTSE Russell, the Company expects to be a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index, effective from 22 September 2025.
The Company's ticker, ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.

The Oakley Funds
Oakley Capital Private Equity II, Oakley Capital Private Equity III, Oakley Capital IV, Oakley Capital V, Oakley Capital VI, Oakley Capital Origin and Oakley Capital Origin II are unlisted lower-mid to mid-market private equity funds that aim to provide investors with significant long-term capital appreciation. Clarification of the Company's Investment Policy in respect of other listed closed-end funds
The Company's objective is to provide shareholders with access to private market investments by investing in the Oakley Funds. The Company's published investment policy states that whilst the Company's investment strategy is generally not to invest in other listed closed-ended investment funds, it may from time to time so invest up to a maximum at the time of investment of 10% of Gross Asset Value, save that this restriction does not apply to investments in closed-ended investment funds which themselves have published investment policies to invest no more than 15% of their total assets in other listed closed-ended investment funds.
The Company clarifies that, additionally, the Company will itself not invest more than 15% of its Gross Asset Value in other investment companies which are listed on the Official List.
Important information
Oakley Capital Investments has now been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority. Therefore, the Company is now required to satisfy the eligibility criteria for admission to listing on the Official List is required to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, including in relation to transactions with related parties, financial reporting, contents of shareholder circulars and other continuing obligations.
