Just Group plc ("Just", or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Saker as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Matt Saker will serve as Chair of the Group Risk and Compliance Committee and will also be a member of the Audit Committees of the Group, Just Retirement Limited ("JRL"), and Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited "PLACL"). Additionally, Matt will be appointed as a Director of both JRL and PLACL and their respective Investment Committees.

Matt Saker has considerable experience within the insurance industry, having served in a number of senior leadership positions at FTSE 100 companies including as Chief Risk Officer at Aviva. As a qualified actuary and experienced non-executive director, he brings substantial experience in risk management. Matt currently serves as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees on the Boards of Admiral Insurance Company Limited and Admiral Insurance Gibraltar Limited.
