("Franchise Brands", the "Group" or the "Company")
Update on potential listing
Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), an international multi-brand franchise business, provides further guidance on the future timing of its potential listing on the Official List and Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Main Market") following a number of questions from shareholders during the Interim Results roadshow.
While the Board will continue to keep it under review, and subject to no further adverse fiscal or regulatory changes in the status of AIM, the Company does not expect to consider a potential listing on the Main Market until Q3/Q4 2027, which is over 2 years from now.
