Purchase of shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
LONDON, United Kingdom and TORONTO, Ontario, Canada, 8 August 2025 - Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE, the "Company" or "Alphawave Semi").
This notification sets out details of prior purchases of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by certain PDMRs through their participation in the Company's Employee Share Purchase Plan. The shares were purchased using payroll contributions made by the following PDMRs during the relevant quarterly savings periods.
1. Rahul Mathur (Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer): 13,959 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
2. Babak Samimi (SVP & GM, Connectivity Products): 15,729 Ordinary Shares in the Company in aggregate.
