Notice of AGM

 

Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European manufacturer of the proprietary Neptune melt-blown material and specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions, announces that its Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2025 and the accompanying notice of annual general meeting (the "AGM") will shortly be posted to shareholders.

 

The Company will host its AGM at 10:30 am on Wednesday 17 September 2025.

 

The AGM will be held with a minimum quorum of members present, supplemented by way of a videoconference call allowing shareholders to dial into the AGM. Should shareholders wish to attend in person they should notify the Company at Cosec-Group@autins.com and the Company will explicitly confirm in writing if able to accommodate the request.

Please note that attending via the videoconferencing facility does not constitute attendance in law and shareholders will not have the ability to speak, ask questions or vote through that facility. Any shareholder who would like to ask the Board a question on the business of the AGM, should email their question to Cosec-Group@autins.com, by 10:30 am on 16 September 2025. Questions will either be answered on the videoconference or responses will be made via return email, as deemed appropriate by the Board.

 

Shareholders are encouraged to vote electronically via www.signalshares.com and to appoint the Chair of the Meeting as their proxy with their voting instructions prior to the meeting. Further detailed information in respect of voting and appointing a proxy is contained within the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting.
