APPOINTMENT OF lead portfolio manager

International Public Partnerships Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company ('INPP' or the 'Company'), announces Amber Infrastructure Limited's ('Amber') appointment of Jamie Hossain as the Company's lead portfolio manager, effective 1 September 2025.
Following a handover of responsibilities, Jamie Hossain succeeds Chris Morgan in leading the Company's shareholder engagement. Jamie is a senior investment director at Amber and has been a member of the portfolio management team since the Company's IPO in 2006. Since 2009, Jamie has played an integral role in the Company's strategy, portfolio construction and performance..
Mike Gerrard, Chair, INPP, said: "The Board welcomes Jamie's appointment and the continuity of support and expertise which it represents. We also wish to thank Chris for his outstanding contribution to the Company, particularly over the last six years and wish him every future success."
Amber's team supporting INPP otherwise remains unchanged.
Jamie and members of the team will present interim results for the six months period ended 30 June 2025 to investors and sell-side analysts on 4 September 2025, details of which will follow in a separate RNS in the coming days.

Jamie Hossain has been associated with the Company since its IPO in 2006. He began in the investment team, where he originated, structured and financed PPP transactions, including many of the Company's LIFT investments. He played a direct role in the Company's IPO and in its subsequent acquisitions of social and transport infrastructure assets across the UK, Europe and Australia. Between 2010 and 2015 Jamie led the valuation and analysis team, working directly with Giles Frost during his investor-facing tenure, and contributing to multiple successful capital raisings undertaken by the Company. For the past 10 years, he has been a member of the investment origination team led by Amanda Woods, leading on key transactions including Family Housing for Service Personnel, offshore transmission and Sizewell C. Jamie holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School.
