Grant of Options and Director Dealing

 

FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, announces that on 18 August 2025, it granted options over 673,500 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to 120 employees pursuant to the Company's Save As You Earn scheme (the "SAYE Scheme").

 

The SAYE Scheme was offered to all FRP employees and the options granted represent approximately 0.26% of the current issued share capital of the Company. Included in the total granted were 17,919 options to Jeremy French, Chief Operating Officer, further details of which are set out below.
