Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Grant of options under the 2025 Save as you Earn (SAYE") Scheme and Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company was notified on 15 August 2025, that a total of 90,824 options were granted under the 2025 SAYE to 23 eligible employee participants.
Of the 23 participants, Ms Rachel Stynes and Ms Tracey Lago, each a person discharging managerial responsibilities, became participants in the Company's 5-year, 2025 Sharesave Scheme (SAYE) (the "Scheme") as follows:
