Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has been notified that Marcus Chan Jau Chwen ("Marcus Chan"), a director of the Company, has bought an aggregate of 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 1140 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchases").

Following the Purchases, Marcus Chan is now, in his personal capacity, interested in 2,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital.

Marcus Chan is also a director of Genton International Limited which holds approximately 50.65% of the Company's issued share capital.

The following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
