The Board of Directors of Redcentric plc, a leading UK IT managed services provider, notes the recent press speculation regarding its business unit, Redcentric Data Centres Limited.

 

Redcentric plc confirms that it is in the advanced stages of discussions concerning the potential sale of this business unit.
