Results of General Meeting

Jubilee's General Meeting regarding the proposed sale of the South African Chrome and PGM Operations was held at 11:00 a.m. (12:00 noon South African time) today Thursday, 28 August 2025.

The resolution to approve the Proposed Disposal at the meeting was passed with the requisite majority of votes. Of the total votes cast, 97.38% voted in favour of the resolution. The votes cast represented 43.2% of the Company's total voting rights.
