Capital Metals (AIM: CMET), a mineral sands company approaching mine development stage at the high-grade Taprobane Minerals Project in Sri Lanka (the "Project"), announces it has posted, together with its Annual Report and Accounts, a notice to shareholders convening an Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice") to be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW on Tuesday, 23 September 2025 at 11.30 a.m. The Notice is available on the Company's website at https://capitalmetals.com/documents/.
