Directorate update

In accordance with LR 6.4.9 (2), Beazley plc (the Company) announces that Robert Stuchbery, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Santam Limited with effect from 1 September 2025.  Santam Limited is incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and listed on the JSE and with a secondary listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX) and A2X.
