Director/PDMR Shareholding
Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, the world's largest insurance market, was informed on 29 August 2025 that Mr Nigel Hanbury, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman and Director of the Company and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury, on the same day, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 220 pence per share and subsequently purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 220 pence per share. Mr Hanbury's and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury's total interest remains unchanged at 8,907,225 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
