Confirmation of Director Appointment

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, confirms that, further to the announcement on 15 May, Rachel Warren has today joined the Board as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

​

Rachel joins from Wincanton, the former FTSE listed group who supply business critical services including storage, handling and distribution, where she was Group Finance Director since January 2022. Prior to that, she spent the majority of her career within the IAG Group of companies, including her role as Director of Business Control for Aer Lingus and a suite of Financial Controller roles within British Airways. Rachel is both a qualified accountant and a fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants.

Additional Information on the Board Appointment

The following additional information is provided with regards to the appointment of Rachel Jane Warren, aged 51, in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

Rachel is not currently a director of any other companies and does not hold any shares or options in the Group.
