Dr. Martens plc (the 'Company')
Notification of Transactions by a Director and Person Closely Associated
The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares (the 'shares') undertaken by a director / person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') and a person closely associated with them ('PCA'):
- On 1 September 2025, Giles Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 105,838 shares in his ISA at a price of £0.91377 per share, having sold 105,785 shares at a price of £0.8965 per share.
- On 1 September 2025, Katie Wilson, a PCA of Giles Wilson, purchased 30,019 shares in her ISA at a price of £0.911447 per share, having sold 30,000 shares at a price of £0.910823 per share.
Following these transactions, which entail the movement of holdings into ISAs, Giles's overall beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 260,193 Ordinary Shares.
