Total voting rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (the "Company" or "IAG") announces that, on 1 September 2025, the Company holds 344,525,000 treasury shares with a nominal value of €0.10 each, and the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held as treasury shares) consists of 4,626,951,010.

 

Each share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of IAG. Accordingly, excluding shares held as treasury shares, IAG has total voting rights of 4,626,951,010.

 

 

The Company's issued share capital is 4,971,476,010. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
