Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend for the year to 31 March 2026 of 2.10p per share, an increase of 32.4% on the equivalent dividend of 1.586p paid in respect of the previous financial year and represents the new higher dividend payment level announced in the last Annual Report.

 

It is the Board's intention, barring unforeseen circumstances, to at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 2.10p for the year to 31 March 2026.

 

The dividend will be paid on 24 October 2025 to shareholders on the register on 3 October 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 2 October 2025.
