REPURCHASE OF SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today repurchased into Treasury 31,389 Ordinary shares at 391.1991 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,676,880 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 56,729,395. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
