Re-appointment of Employee Representative Director

RHI Magnesita announces that Dr Martin Kowatsch has been re-appointed as an Employee Representative Director of the Board by the Austrian Works Council, with effect from 1 November 2025, for a four-year term in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6R and 6.4.8R.
