Transactions in own shares

Barratt Redrow plc, ISIN: GB0000811801 (the "Company", "Barratt Redrow") announces that on 20 January 2026 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as part of its £50 million share repurchase programme announced on 5 January 2026 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from UBS as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

To date, Barratt Redrow has purchased 1,700,000 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from UBS in accordance with the Programme. Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,424,926,582 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,424,926,582.
