                                 Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMRs

 

The notification below, is made on behalf of PDMRs under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') and in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR.

On 31 March 2026, the Company granted Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) awards to PDMRs as set out below.  The performance period is three years with a further two- year holding for the Executive Directors, Scott Fawcett and Rowan Baker.

On 31 March 2026. awards under the Deferred Annual Share Bonus (DASB) Plan were also made. These awards normally vest after three years subject to continued service.

The share price used to calculate the number of shares was 90.1p (closing share price at 30 March 2026).
