PageGroup's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:30am on Thursday 28 May 2026 at 200 Dashwood Lang Road, Bourne Business Park, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 2NX.
In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders:
- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025;
- Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
- Proxy form for the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available to view or download in pdf form from the following webpage: www.page.com. In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 has been uploaded to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will be available in unedited full text (and in the case of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, in XHTML format) at:
